BD Veritor Plus System — Setup and Use Guide

The BD Veritor Plus System is a compact, portable point‑of‑care diagnostic analyzer designed for rapid detection of respiratory pathogens such as SARS‑CoV‑2, Influenza A & B, RSV and Group A Streptococcus. The setup‑and‑use video demonstrates how to collect nasal swab specimens, process them using the extraction reagent, dispense the sample onto the test device, and run the assay in the analyzer. The system offers two workflows — a manual “Analyze Now” mode and an automated “Walk Away” mode — allowing laboratories or clinics flexibility depending on patient load. Once the extraction and sample application are complete, the analyzer interprets the immunoassay and delivers a clear digital result — fast, reliable and easy to read.
